Refund policy

Every Habitatist habitat is handcrafted to order from Western Red Cedar. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged in transit: If your habitat arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact us at mike@habitatist.com. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Craftsmanship guarantee: We stand behind our work. Any structural defect appearing within 90 days of delivery will be repaired or replaced, free of charge.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After that window, production has begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Custom and Signature Edition (Option B) orders are final sale.
